TOO TIRED?

Have you thanked Him?

Have you praised Him?

Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?

Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?

^1-3The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.

So how are YOU doing?

Tired you say? A little worn down, a little fatigued huh?

I get you. Life can zap you that is for sure.

I wish I had some magic potion or a quick elixir to jolt you, but trust someone who knows, those “quick fix” potions rarely deliver the goods and the side effects can be brutal!

The reality is that the best of experts aren’t able to tell you precisely what to do when you are whipped.

Some surmise your tiredness is from a depletion of energy and tell you that such a problem is cured with an infusion of strength from one of those massive MONSTER drinks.

Some calculate that it is anxiety or stress that is sapping you and they recommend a little exercise or yoga to fix the problem.

But those solutions don’t quite “punch the ticket do they?” They don't seem to last.

How bout I lend you a hand today? How bout I give you a rock solid "go to" option for the tired days and the stressful times?

Sound good?

You want access to endless strength? You want some permanent stress relief? It is right there!

What do you mean you can't find it?

Look harder.

It might be there on your coffee table or maybe under a stack of papers on the kitchen counter. Check in the magazine rack next to the toilet.

I am serious! Come on!

Your BIBLE for those who haven’t had your caffeine just yet!

There is no greater means of regaining energy than from a “fill-up”from the hope found in GOD’S WORD!

Romans 15:13

…Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!

Reading some simple validations that GOD loves you, that GOD cares for you, that GOD has your back today, that GOD is in your corner will provide that “powerful pop”you need!

2 Thessalonians 2:17

…May God our Father, who reached out in love and surprised you with gifts of unending help and confidence, put a fresh heart in you, invigorate your work, enliven your speech.

You see!

It is all right there! Encouragement, opportunity, and hope.

So open it! And get ready for a boost!

Ephesians 1:17-19

…ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers, oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—endless energy, boundless strength!
