Have you thanked Him?

Have you praised Him?

Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?

Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?

Manifest Our VISION Eternally (and EXTERNALLY)

How do we do that?

By FIRST renewing our minds for doing so transforms our walk with God.

Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you – Romans 12:1-2 (MSG)

And then “MANIFESTing your VISION” not on the things looking to DRAG you down, but on the AMAZING truth of HEAVEN and the LORD!

For:

if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective. Colossians 3:2 (MSG)

Do that and it will bring a little of "heaven down to Earth" wherever you go! And remember there's no sickness in heaven, no fear, no oppression, no sadness, no trials! 

That is SEEING things from GOD’S perspective!

So, are you ready to transform your day? 

For when you realize the goodness of GOD, the POTENTIAL of HEAVEN that GOD is a loving, perfect FATHER, it does change things.

It changes the way you see Him, the way you see yourself, the way you see the DAY! 

It helps you to M.O.V.E. as Frank Borst shared with the AHOP congregants yesterday.

But Frank’s encouragement yesterday has great application for us EACH day.  If we can MANIFEST our VISION on the things above, if we can allow that VISION to help transform our thinking, to elevate our perspectives, then regardless what the “world tries to through at us”, we can weather it, overcome it, even thrive in it!

Charles Stanley once remarked that HAPPINESS is circumstantial, but JOY is SUPERNATURAL, and that JOY of the LORD is our strength and is MOST CERTAINLY HEAVEN sent!

So today…

Don’t stay well adjusted to the culture around you!

Don’t get dragged down with circumstance!

Raise your GAZE!

Invite a little HEAVEN into your EARTH!

Taste and EXPERIENCE HOW GOOD GOD IS!

And GOD WILL BRING the BEST out of TODAY and YOU!
