FROM NANCY

Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.
“We are seeking to offer HELP, HOPE and HEALING.” – Nancy Hale, CEO of OPERATION UNITE
I have the wonderful privilege the next couple of days to be a part of the NATIONAL RX Summit.  It is a gathering of 2900+ folks from all over the U.S. and several other countries sharing solutions to the addiction crisis.  I am here at the invitation of some AMAZING folks, the team from the PARTNERSHIP CENTER. The Partnership Center

What I am most excited about is that I have been afforded the opportunity to SHARE my faith and my journey of recovery in Him and with Him.  No filter. No censoring.
Pretty amazing. Deeply honoring.
But it was during our plenary session last night Nancy, a colleague from Kentucky who I have had the pleasure of hosting on a panel during one of our Attorney General Summits, that this dear believer from eastern Appalachian Kentucky shared her vision for the work of OPERATION UNITE.
It is to:
Help.
Provide hope.
Offer healing.
As I pondered her thoughts I thought how APPROPRIATE a vision for ALL of us!
For us to: not miss an opportunity to do acts of kindness for others, for these are the true sacrifices that delight God’s heart. – Hebrews 13:16 (TPT)
That mine and…Your future is bright and filled with a living hope that will never fade away. Proverbs 23:18 (TPT)
SHARE IT!

And as far as OFFERING HEALING?  Studies have confirmed that HEALING happens in RELATIONSHIPS.  In fact, we do training on the importance of relationships with a little video called “RAT PARK”
And that little study confirms that CONNECTION is key! GOD saw the importance of that right from the jump. (Genesis 2:18)
So, Nancy’s vision is a vision for each of us today; instruction.
Connect to someone.
Help others when you can.
Share HOPE!  Love another!
The result will foster healing and blessing!
this is the goal: to live in harmony with one another and demonstrate affectionate love, sympathy, and kindness… Let humility describe who you are as you dearly love one another… respond by speaking a blessing over them—because a blessing is what God promised to give you. 1 Peter 3:8-9 (TPT)

We should expect hope's reciprocity as a natural flowering of the life of hope. - Shade

HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
Love you all!
