Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.
People may hear your words, but they feel your attitude.
John C. Maxwell
I spent yesterday morning enjoying breakfast with one of my “favorite” partners, GM. She could be reciting the dictionary and her attitude would make it compelling! Her effervescence enhances her attitude AND infuses such credibility into her aptitude.
And it was that little time over some delicious oatmeal that sparked this question today.
What attitude do you exude?
Would folks sense a winner, an attitude of quiet confidence?
Would they be feeling the vibe of a pretender or a contender?
Remember friends, GOD says YOU ARE a winner and that you are a contender!
The question is do you believe it?
Romans 8:37 (AMP)
…we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
Is that valuable validation reflected in your attitude?
You know you were built for winning! You were!
You are destined for freedom!
You are designed with hope, a future and endless opportunity!
How do I know?
The WORD of GOD promises all of those things…
Winning – Romans 8
Freedom – Galatians 5
Hope and future – Jeremiah 29
“God knows your value; He sees your potential…He always accepts you. He always confirms your value. You are His prized possession…your value in God’s eyes always remains the same. You will always be the apple of His eye. He will never give up on you, so don’t give up on yourself… - Osteen
So why do we wake up day after day defeated?
Instead why not embrace GOD’s view of you this day? As a winner!
Wade into it with courage and brimming with optimism and confidence.
…be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! For remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
The New Year is stretched out in front of you.
It is up to you as to whether it is foreboding and haunting or inviting and hopeful.
The choice is yours.
Are you “in it to win it”?
You should be because GOD is.
You WERE BORN to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win. Zig Ziglar
I love you all.
