BEST WAY

Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.

Matthew 7:14 (MSG)
The WAY to life—to God!—is vigorous and requires total attention.

Today will you make your WAY GOD’S way…?
I mean are you PAYING attention?
Pastor Mark yesterday asked that question, which way will you choose?

GOD is set to direct the action today and to set the course.
The question is will you choose it?
And will once you step on to it, will you stay with it?

Unwaveringly?

Even when your way may seem easier or quicker?
Even when your way may APPEAR clearer.

GOD promises blessing with steady compliance to His guidance; His WAY.
You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. You’re blessed when you follow his directions, doing your best to find him. That’s right—you don’t go off on your own; you walk straight along the road he set. – Psalm 119:1-2 (MSG)

Will you comply?

GOD promises even to “re-route” you like SIRI or your friendly GPS voice if you do start to drift.
If you wander from the right path, either to the right or to the left, you will hear a voice behind you saying, “You should go this way. Here is the right way. – Isaiah 30:21 (ERV)

So the question is why NOT take GOD’S direction for today?
It is being freely offered.
It is supremely reliable.
It promises to be the best way.

“For it is better, with closed eyes, to follow God as our guide, than, by relying on our own prudence, to wander through those circuitous paths which it devises for us.” ― John Calvin

Clearly the encouragement today is neither profound nor complex.
GOD has set a way for you.
GOD can be trusted that this way is the best way.
GOD has given you the choice.
Which road, which way will you take?

This is what the Lord says:
“Stand at the crossroads and look.
Ask where the old road is.
Ask where the good road is, and walk on that road.
If you do, you will find REST for yourselves - Jeremiah 6:16 (ERV)

And I will surmise a good day as well!

Be blessed today!
