MATH LESSON

Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
1-3The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.

2 Peter 1:5-8 (NLV)
Do your best to ADD holy living to your faith. Then ADD to this a better understanding. As you have a better understanding, be able to say no when you need to. Do not give up. And as you wait and do not give up, live God-like. As you live God-like, be kind to Christian brothers and love them. … keep growing in them…

Going to do a little math today…
But first let me ask, "How’s your faith? Solid. Steady"?
1 Timothy 1:19 (LB)
Cling tightly to your faith in Christ and always keep your conscience clear…

Then…
Here is the math lesson.  We are going to do some addition via our "Professor" Peter.

As you go about your day, live holy and seek instruction from GOD’s Word or a time of prayer before making any big decisions.
Don’t get pulled into a bad choice or circumstance today.  Use discernment.  Say no when you need to say no.  Don’t be duped by the devil. (THIS I ESPECIALLY NEED TO HEED!)

Facing an uphill challenge?  Job pressures? Things stop progressing or should I say “regressing” in the wrong direction?  Don’t GIVE UP! Don’t GIVE IN!
Romans 5:4 (CEB)
…endurance produces character, and character produces hope.

Make this a GODLY-DRIVEN day!

Start it with kindness and end with kindness.
“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.” ― Mother Teresa

Extend grace!
“May the grace he has given you be the grace that you share with others.” - MAX LUCADO

Share LOVE!
1 JOHN 4:7
My loved ones, let us devote ourselves to loving one another. Love comes straight from God…

I hope you caught on early to the "math" lesson!

How about a second translation to "bring the lesson" home!

2 Peter 1:5-8
…make every effort to ADD moral excellence to your faith; and to moral excellence, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, endurance; and to endurance, godliness; and to godliness, affection for others; and to affection for others, love. If all these are yours and they are growing in you, they’ll keep you from becoming inactive and unfruitful…

So you see? Let's listen to Professor Peter!
A little addition WILL LEAD to an ACTIVE and FRUITFUL day in the LORD!

Math class over…

I love you all
