IN IT TO WIN IT

Have you thanked Him?

Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?

What attitude do you exude?

Would folks sense a winner?

Would they be feeling the vibe of a pretender or a contender?

GOD says you are a winner and that you are a contender, but the question is do you believe it?

…we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us. - Romans 8:37 (AMP)

Is that reflected in your attitude?

Sometimes a simple attitude shift is the ticket out of a challenging or difficult time!

Case in point.  Later today a beautiful young lady is embarking on a new journey of recovery.  When I met with her last week her blue eyes were just that, blue.  But as we talked, as we investigated the opportunities, as we explored her potential and not her mistakes, those lovely eyes lit up.  Suddenly the sullen was infused with an ATTITUDE of possibility; that despite many seasons of losing, she really believes she CAN (and I believe) WILL win!

She realized that she was BUILT for winning!

And she is not alone!

You know you were built for winning?  You were!

You are destined for freedom!

You are designed with hope, a future and endless opportunity!

How do I know?

The WORD of GOD promises all those things…

Winning – Romans 8

Freedom – Galatians 5

Hope and future – Jeremiah 29

Osteen remarked that…

“God knows your value; He sees your potential…He always accepts you. He always confirms your value. You are His prized possession…your value in God’s eyes always remains the same. You will always be the apple of His eye. He will never give up on you, so don’t give up on yourself.

So why do we wake up day after day defeated?

Good question!

Instead why not embrace GOD’s view of you this day?

Wade into it with courage and brimming with optimism and confidence.  The same GOD who made these promises is with you.

…be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! For remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 (ESV)

A new year stretches out in front of you.

It is up to you as to whether it is foreboding and haunting or inviting and hopeful.

Are you “in it to win it” today?

You should be because GOD is.
