Have you thanked Him?

Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?

Today I have one of my life-long friends walking with her amazing husband into a courtroom seeking justice and visitation. They are in over their head.
Today I have another dear friend seeking favor and direction for a ministry that is changing lives for CHRIST each and every day. He is most certainly over his head, he said so.
Today we are laying to rest yet another victim to this opiate madness and a mom and family are in some rough water.
Today a single mom shakes from prospect of losing it all to her own addiction. She is between a rock and a hard place.
These are PERSONAL issues.
Deeply personal challenges.
Isn’t it good to know that they and we can rely on a deeply personal GOD?
Matthew 10:30-31 (MSG)
God cares what happens to it even more than you do. He pays even greater attention to you, down to the last detail—even numbering the hairs on your head!
Therefore we and they CAN trust this PERSONAL GOD to keep our heads above the water!
We and they can trust this PERSONAL GOD to see them through the ROUGH times of life.
We and they can trust this PERSONAL GOD to make a way when there seems to be none.
You may be facing a dead end right now — financial, emotional, or relational — but if you will trust God and keep on moving in faith, even when you don’t see a way, he will make a way.
It will become more understandable as you head down the path he sets before you, but understanding is not a requirement for you to start down the path. Proverbs 4:18 says, “The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day” (NIV). One day you will stand in the full light of eternity and view the big picture. You’ll see God’s purpose behind the path he specifically chose for you.
Be patient. God knows what he’s doing. God knows what is best for you. He can see the end result. You can’t. All those problems, heartaches, difficulties and delays — all the things that make you ask “why” — will one day be clear in the light of God’s love. – Rick Warren
That is good to know. Good to remember.
Are you facing some rough and drowning circumstances today?
Is the dead end approaching and no detour or way “around” seemingly available?
Lean on YOUR PERSONAL GOD.
He knows what He is doing. He can see the END RESULT. He takes you personally!
And He will bring clarity when the time is right.
