You have a GOD with SO MUCH HOPE for you and your life that He has ENOUGH to COMPLETELY fill you with JOY, PEACE, and an advancement of faith!
That is some powerful hope! Hope that will change your OUTLOOK!
Faced with daunting circumstances? The GOD of HOPE has provided peace to calm your spirit.
Depressed? The GOD of HOPE has provided enough joy for you today to strengthen and change you outlook!
Isaiah 40:31
…those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and HOPE in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power…
Our GOD of HOPE understands the challenges of the pending day, He knows the world and the enemy are poised to take shots at you, to disrupt your peace, shake your faith and discourage you.
But He also knows HIS HOPE is GREATER!
THEREFORE if you will allow HIM to FILL you, your HOPE will be HIS HOPE your PEACE, HIS PEACE and your FAITH HIS FAITH and that as the passage says, He will make you RADIATE!
In other words you will glow!
That means you will be prepared and capable to be LIGHT due to your glowing nature to the WORLD. And that is EXACTLY what He has asked us to be!
Yesterday I was SO privileged to encourage a room of Pastors, lay ministers, addiction professionals, mental health specialists to HOPE for what CHRIST can and will do through us in the battle against the opiate epidemic in our state.
What was shared was that GOD’s message of HOPE will make the difference!
What was determined was that GOD’s people infused with that hope will make all the difference.
Why?
Because HOPE DOES makes all the difference!
“TO BE HOPEFUL…is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage, kindness. What we choose to emphasize in this complex history will determine our lives. If we see only the worst, it destroys our capacity to do something. If we remember those times and places—and there are so many—where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us the energy to act, and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction. - Zinn
And for the CHRISTIAN we not only draw from our past experiences of when “times were more hopeful or peaceful” for hope, but we IMPACT the FUTURE by releasing the HOPE of GOD in the PRESENT!
That is a remarkable honor!
So there is your OPPORTUNITY today.
Embrace the RADIANT HOPE of GOD.
“Glow” with it. Let your light shine with it!
Trust the PEACE that PASSES all understanding. Exercise your powerful mountain moving faith in spite of how small you think it is and SHARE the HOPE of GOD.
