INTERSECTIONS

Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
1-3The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.

“It's funny how, in this journey of life, even though we may begin at different times and places, our paths cross with others so that we may share our love, compassion, observations, and hope. This is a design of God that I appreciate and cherish.” ― Steve Maraboli

... our spiritual life was designed by God to be a community project. Tripp…

GOD built us for meaningful “intersections”.
For when we strengthen others we strengthen ourselves.

They may occur so we can serve.
For when we serve others we TOO are BLESSED!
1 Peter 3:9 (MSG)
…bless—that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing.

They may occur to help meet a need.
Case in point…
Just yesterday a couple of brothers went to Springfield to pick up palettes of FOOD. Because of a RELATIONSHIP we have cultivated we were able to BLESS multiple ministries which will in turn bless MULTIPLE people!
...serve one another humbly in love (Galatians 5:13).  I have heard that one somewhere before RIGHT FREEDOMERS?
What happens then?  Our FREEDOM GROWS!

They may occur so we can pray.
When a person knows we pray for them then they know we love them. Heartfelt prayer for others brings out their best for the Lord.

“Remember that everything that happens to you is first filtered through God’s hand. Interruptions can become opportunities. What you might see as distractions God might see as divine appointments. Things may happen that seem so haphazard and distracting to our agenda, but with a fresh dose of perspective, they can turn into precious moments.” ― Lysa TerKeurst

So let’s pray a simple prayer today to prepare us for those “intersections” today; those potentially precious moments.

Heavenly Father, show me how to bring out the best in those I intersect in life.  Let me not take those encounters for granted or believe they are coincidental. Let me see them for the divine appointments they are and strengthen, serve and pray for those YOU trust me with!

I love you all.
Have a great WEEKEND!
