PLUMB-LINE TRUTH

Have you thanked Him?
Have you praised Him?
Have you made it your priority to agree and cooperate with Him today?
Have you taken that deep breath and listened for what He has for you today?
1 Timothy 2:1 (The Message)
1-3The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.

“Earnestly believe that God exists, that I matter to Him, and that He has the power to help me recover.” - Life's Healing Choices - The "HOPE" Choice.
Jeremiah 31:3
The Lord appeared to us…saying: I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

EVERLASTING LOVE!
UNFAILING KINDNESS!

That is POWER.  POWER to change!

The TRUTH is remarkable isn’t it?
The TRUTH reminds us that…

GOD is working in us and for us!!
Philippians 1:6
I am sure that God who began the good work within you will keep right on helping you grow in his grace until his task within you is finally finished…

Romans 8:31
If God is for us, who can be against us?

But let’s be honest. From time to time WE ALL need to be reminded that GOD truly does exist in our lives, that GOD deeply cares for us, pursues us and that HE is in the business of offering change and hope each day!
1 Peter 1:21
…your trust can be in God...your faith and hope can rest in him alone…

Today, perhaps you are dealing with some guilt or hurt. Perhaps you are dealing with feeling that GOD is “distant” and inaccessible.  Perhaps YOU need some affirmation or clarity.

Simplify.
Go back to the "freeing" TRUTH.
GOD cares about you.
GOD is pursuing you.
GOD wants to answer you!
GOD is always looking to change you.
GOD loves you.

Remember my friends the TRUTH, the WORD of GOD, are a “plumb-line” for life.  When life serves to knock you off-kilter, RE-ALIGN with TRUTH!  When life starts to drift out of frame, realign with truth!

For TRUTH frees the mind and creates clarity.
“As you walk with Jesus, resting your head on His heart, you will learn to know His WORD, His will, and His ways. You will want to obey Him, not out of forced compliance, but out of heartfelt connection. Your joy will abound as you remain in His love.” ― Sue Detweiler

I love you all.
